The Team

Fred Wilson
Started racing in 1989 and still going ( but perhaps a bit slower !! )

1988
Haverhill Rugby Club
Test run of first craft
Air cooled 250 Suzuki (23bhp)
Splitter plate to low, and needs a bit more power

May 1989
First race at Stanford Hall
Now fitted with a RD 250yam (30bhp)
Finished the weekend in 1st place

2000
World Cup Event
Claydon House, Buckinghamshire, UK
Because I haven't raced regularly for some time I raced in F3 novice
Finished 1st for the weekend but more importantly
I re-qualified back to F3
This is now the 5th craft I have built

2001
Claydon House, Buckinghamshire, UK

Note the new exhausts, they don't obstruct the air flow to the duct,
and look dam good, even if I do say so myself,
well worth the work,
I finished 2001 in ninth place, so for 2002 my number is
109

Daniel Wilson
Raced in juniors in 1991/92

1992
Mere Brow
The number shows Dan finished the previous (first) year in 4th place

1992
Mere Brow
Pulling a wheelie over the land crossing
Dan finished 3rd for 1992

Wayne Wilson
Raced from 1998 to 2000

1998
International Event
Tattershall Park
At the beginning of the year Wayne and Glenn raced in juniors as a team
So from then on we became Team Wilson
On reaching 16 Wayne went in to F3 novice
His first race with the adults was an International meeting
As you can see he wants to win

1998
International Event
Tattershall Park
As you can see he did win not just one or two but all six races
F3 novice, National and International champion for the weekend

Glenn Wilson
Raced from 1998 to 2000

1996
Tattershall Park
No not racing, but Glenn's first solo in a hovercraft

1999
International Event
Claydon House UK
Glenn's second year in juniors
(so as not to be out done by his brother)
He won all the International races, and all but one of his National races
A well deserved National and International Champion for the weekend

Wayne and Glenn
Raced again as a team for 2000 in F3

2000
Southampton
Wayne finished 1999 in 5th place so this year's race number is 105

2000

Taking each meeting in turn Glenn raced this one
